Terms of Service | Suno Board

By using Suno Board, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Suno Board is a Chrome extension for working with Suno content, exporting media, and creating local outputs.

If a translated version of these Terms conflicts with the English version, the English version controls.

1. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for all prompts, text, metadata, images, artwork, audio, video, thumbnails, uploads, exports, and other material you create, process, or publish through Suno Board.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for any content you use with the extension.

2. Conduct, Respect, And Zero-Tolerance Enforcement

You must remain respectful at all times in every interaction connected to Suno Board, including the website, the Chrome extension, community pages, contact forms, issue reports, support channels, comments, messages, and any other communication with us or with other members.

This duty is strictest toward staff, support personnel, operators, contractors, agents, and other members. Disrespect toward support or staff is never acceptable.

Any form of disrespect, abuse, hostility, harassment, insult, belittlement, mockery, intimidation, threat, contempt, or bad-faith treatment is prohibited and is a material breach of these Terms.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

Insults, slurs, name-calling, personal attacks, or degrading remarks directed at any person.
Rude, abusive, hostile, contemptuous, or aggressive language, including toward support or staff.
Harassment, stalking, intimidation, threats, or any attempt to frighten, pressure, or silence another person.
Sexual harassment, unwanted sexual remarks, or sexualized comments toward staff, support, or members.
Discriminatory, hateful, or demeaning conduct based on personal characteristics or identity.
Sarcasm, jokes, memes, innuendo, or similar framing used to insult, demean, or provoke.
Passive-aggressive, mocking, belittling, or condescending tone or behavior.
Excessive profanity or shouting directed at a person, or any presentation intended to bully or dominate a conversation.
Bad-faith accusations, public or private shaming, or encouraging others to attack staff, support, or members.
Disrespectful contact with staff, support, or members about Suno Board on or off the platform, including email, forms, reviews, and social channels when used to abuse or harass.

Suno Board determines, in its sole discretion, whether conduct violates this section. Claimed humor, sarcasm, frustration, misunderstanding, cultural difference, or a later apology does not excuse a violation. A prior warning is not required.

A violation of this section will result in an immediate IP address ban, together with immediate suspension or termination of the associated account and access, without prior notice, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Attempting to evade an IP ban or other enforcement action, including by creating another account, using another email or identity, changing device, or using a VPN, proxy, Tor, or similar method, is a separate violation and may result in a permanent ban of all related identifiers.

Where permitted by law, fees already paid are not refunded when access is terminated for a violation of this section.

3. Copyright And Ownership Restrictions

You must not upload, export, download, publish, or distribute content you do not have the right to use.
You must not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
You must not use Suno Board to mass-download, extract, or exploit songs or assets in a way that violates the rights of creators, users, or connected services.
You must not attempt to access, copy, export, or exploit songs or assets that are not yours where such use is not authorized.
You must not use the extension to circumvent paywalls, access controls, subscription limits, download restrictions, quotas, or other service restrictions.

4. Prohibited Content

You must not use Suno Board to create, upload, process, export, or publish illegal content.
You must not use Suno Board for sexually explicit content where prohibited by law or platform policy.
You must not use Suno Board for exploitative, abusive, hateful, fraudulent, defamatory, or threatening content.
You must not use Suno Board to impersonate others in a misleading or unlawful way.
You must not use Suno Board in violation of Suno, Google, Stripe, or Chrome Web Store rules.

5. Security And Abuse Restrictions

You must not introduce malicious code, scripts, payloads, prompts, injections, or harmful input intended to damage, disrupt, exploit, or interfere with the extension or connected services.
You must not probe, attack, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the extension, its backend endpoints, or connected third-party services.
You must not bypass or attempt to bypass security controls, authentication boundaries, rate limits, or service protections.
You must not use automation or abusive workflows in a way that harms the service, other users, or connected platforms.

6. AI And Generation-Related Restrictions

If you use Suno Board with AI-generated or AI-assisted workflows, you remain fully responsible for the legality and permissibility of the prompts and content you use.
You must not use the extension to generate, process, or publish content that violates intellectual property rights.
You must not use the extension to misuse another person's identity, likeness, voice, brand, or protected material without authorization.
You must not use the extension in a way intended to deceive, manipulate, or cause harm.

7. Third-Party Services

Suno Board depends on third-party services including Suno, Google, Stripe, and Cloudflare. Your use of Suno Board must also comply with the terms and policies of the third-party services you use with it.

If a third-party service changes its APIs, permissions, rules, or access model, some features of Suno Board may change, become limited, or stop working.

8. Payments

Paid features, subscriptions, and checkout flows are handled through Stripe-powered payment flows and related backend services used by the extension.

9. Suspension Or Termination

Access to some or all features may be limited or terminated if you misuse the extension, violate these Terms, violate third-party platform rules, or use the extension in a way that creates legal, security, operational, or abuse risk. A violation of the conduct and respect rules may result in an immediate IP address ban and termination of access, without prior notice, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Suno Board is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
